Feeling stuck or unsure where to start?

Project Absolute offers free, friendly 1-to-1 support to help you rebuild

confidence, re-engage with local life, and take the next step toward

positive change.

What you’ll gain:

Pathways into volunteering or training,
Tools to maintain positive change.

You don’t need to have attended our peer groups - just bring

yourself and an open mind. Funded for everyone aged 16+.

Sessions held locally in Sunderland, Houghton-le-Spring & Washington.
