Our Sessions
Not A Statistic North East sessions are published on our Facebook page however, a brief run down of what to expect is below, along with a list showing this year and next years sessions.
SESSIONS
- Open to anyone over 16 years old, Any gender, Any race, Any religion and Any situation.
- 7-9pm (Doors will close at 7pm).
- Grab a Tea or Coffee and a biscuit.
- Find a seat.
- First 15-30 minutes - Intros, brief catch up.
- Next 60 minutes will be group led conversation around the past two week.
- Short Break 5-10 minutes.
- The final 20 minutes will be Facilitator led discussion around local/regional mental health resources and wellbeing tools.
- Spread the word about NAS-NE.
- No politics / No Religion.
- Be respectful, Give others time to talk.
- You don't need to share if you don't feel ready.
